Proximity RP

By donating to Proximity RP, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing any donation.


1. Donations Are Voluntary
All payments made to Proximity RP are considered donations. You are not purchasing a product or service. Donations help support the cost of running the server, including hosting, development, and maintenance.


2. No Refunds
All donations are non-refundable. This applies under all circumstances, including:

Server downtime or maintenance
Loss of in-game items or perks
Account bans, suspensions, or other disciplinary actions
Mistaken or duplicate donations
Chargebacks will result in permanent bans from the server and all related services.


3. In-Game Perks
As a token of appreciation, some donations may come with in-game rewards or perks. These perks are:

Subject to change at any time
Not guaranteed to be permanent
Not transferable between accounts or servers
Revocable if you violate server rules
We reserve the right to modify or remove donation perks to maintain game balance or for any other reason.


4. Rules Still Apply
Donating does not exempt you from server rules or community guidelines. Donors are expected to follow the same rules as all players. Breaking server rules may result in warnings, suspension, or bans — with no refund.


5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your Steam account secure. If someone gains access to your account and makes a donation or violates the rules, you are still held accountable.


6. Age Requirement
By donating, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.


7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law. Payment processing is handled securely through our third-party provider (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).


8. Changes to TOS
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued donations or server usage after changes implies acceptance.
